      Assisting the Head of Transformation of the group’s Financial Services during a digitalization projects, tasks include :- Implementing bots using Automation Anywhere (RPA):Purpose: reduce the workload of finance officers, the repository manager and accountants. The bots are mainly used to overcome time-consuming tasks, large scale problems repetitive tasks and act as interfaces for our different tools (i.e. Regular data loads, mass information editing, massive data loads...)- Data analysis:Purpose : Get insights and enhance decision making by cleaning, modeling and presenting data to produce an analysis that showed or infirmed a correlation between various features regarding slot machines.- Helping during our transition to Workday (an Enterprise Resource Planner):Purpose : Reduce the workload of the users (mainly Acccountants and Finance Officers) by building custom reports to efficiently retrieve data. Trained and wrote procedures for accountants and the IT desk service on the ERP’s advanced functionalities these functionalities include Security administration.- Building scripts and Excel macros:Purpose : The main goal is to build tools to increase the efficiency of some of our processes or parts of our processes by reducing workloads and processing time.
