I report directly to the Group CEO, with key interfaces with C-suite executives to ensure timely reporting of projects and on-ground feedback so that new strategies, from sales to training, can be developed swiftly to continuously enhance Retern’s branding in the hair and scalp industry.My key responsibilities are to plan retail training curriculum, set up fast and effective sales promotions and techniques customised to each retail salon’s individual customer base & drive best-in-class haircare & sales service practices when consumers visit Dealerships’ salons to do Retern’s customised treatments. Additionally, I strategize, planned and oversee the entire set up of a brand new retail scalp centre of Retern Hair and Scalp Institute.Key milestones achieved:❖ Successfully integrated scalp treatments and products to 15 poor-performing hair salons and achieve double their revenue, which remains consistent to date.❖ Increased and Consistently delivered sales target & minimised fluctuations in revenue to achieve better budgetary planning for the central finance team of the company.❖ Successfully planned, organised and oversee 4 open house event for the dealers to promote Retern’s treatments and products to consumers, with each open house event generating the individual salon’s 3-4weeks worth of revenue in a single day, thereby increasing dealers’ orders from Retern.❖ Successfully planned and set up a brand new scalp centre for Retern to have a direct link to end users and build Retern’s branding on a separate level.
