I report directly to the Group CEO, with key interfaces with C-suite executives to ensure timely reporting of projects and on-ground feedback so that new strategies, from sales to training, can be developed swiftly to continuously enhance Retern’s branding in the hair and scalp industry.My key responsibilities are to plan retail training curriculum, set up fast and effective sales promotions and techniques customised to each retail salon’s individual customer base & drive best-in-class haircare & sales service practices when consumers visit Dealerships’ salons to do Retern’s customised treatments.
