  Responsible for integrating complex telecom networks with different technologies such as routing, switching, MPLS, OFC, wireless, UTM, firewalls, Load balancers, P2P caching, RADIUS (AAA), servers, API integration.Customer Requirement analysis – Assist the sales & presales department to capture the project requirements after discussing with customer stakeholders and document the specifications and detailed network designs.Documentation – Scope of Work, Customer Sign-Off, Network Diagrams, Licenses & Annual Maintenance Contracts, network designs. Maintain complete technical documentation for installation, network topology.Supporting the regional sales team and presales team in a pre-sales (technical) role to generate and qualify sales leads.Monitor the process of qualifying the ongoing opportunities of regional sales team members to understand technical hiccups and co-ordinate with internal development and customer engineering team.Ensure clear flow of communication by bridging communication gaps across different teams and customer /channel partner / distributor.Provide L1 technical support to customers across the region to assist resolve day to day issues by coordinating with back-end L1, L2 & development resources.Oversee the performance of the clients’ network to ensure reliability, availability and serviceability withminimal interruption.
