Liderar la revisión de los resultados operativos de obra (Ros) de manera mensual y estandarizada. Asimismo, involucrar a todos los miembros del staff de obra en estas revisiones para mejorar las métricas de ahorro y el buen desarrollo de las obras del grupo generando trazabilidad. Coordinar de manera constante con las áreas de Proyectos (VDC|BIM) y Presupuestos para que la trazabilidad generada en las obras se refleje en los nuevos presupuestos y licitaciones; estandarizando procesos para generar mejores resultados en servicio y productos.Participar de forma activa en coordinaciones a todo nivel (obra, cliente y proveedor) para incrementar el volumen de proyectos en la empresa, proyección a 22 proyectos al 2022.Revisar oportunamente las valorizaciones de obra y dar seguimiento a las mismas hasta su facturación. Generar los cronogramas valorizados de obra previos al inicio de estas, y de ser el caso actualizarlos, con el fin de plantear los micro adelantos de obra de cara al desarrollo de esta. Asimismo, velar por la facturación de estos. Estandarizar a nivel empresa procesos y formatos para que la gestión interdisciplinaria, coordinación con bancos y la trazabilidad mejore.
