  As staff of the Assessment Unit, my role is to actively participate in analyzing and reporting assessment results, monitoring on behalf of the MoBSE all assessments and end of cycle examination conducted in The Gambia, developing assessment tools in collaboration with partners for the benefit of teachers, head teachers and cluster monitors. My job also involves participating in technical assessment coordination meetings and Support the Gambia college on teacher training assessment and analysis.
