  Job description:-Be able to create, maintain and track the Open Issues for each project.-Be able to manage the Program Budget and use the Cost Tracking Matrix. Report updates to management as directed.-Be able to manage internal and external part build events including the component and raw material management-Can manage all aspects of Shape IPS Launch management system in Plex including assigning and tracking completion of the IPS tasks.-Be able to coordinate external and internal run-offs of equipment and tooling (R&R)Document control: -Be able to develop a Project Timeline with internal milestones and external milestones -Is able to maintain and complete all internal and customer documents assigned to Program Manager (PM) -Responsible for tracking, documentation and monitoring all aspects for the ER/EC process for a specific program -Ensure relevant documents are amended and relevant prorsonnel are made aware of the change requirements.Staff Management:-Conduct timely and complete performance evaluation of direct associates; and ensure timely and complete performance evaluation of associates reporting under your direct supervision-Assess subordinates skill sets, current and future developement needs and take steps to mentore and develop them appropriately-Set direction of department and hold individuals accountable to performance standard and strategic objectives-Manage multiple discipline engineering teams to meet internal and customer requirements such as TS16494, APQP and AIAG-Communicate program timelines to internal company departments-Present required Phase-gate reviews to management-Participate in all DVP&R, DFMEA and PFMEA developement meetings-Support APQP and VA/VE activities-Supervise Tooling Engineers and Quality Launch Engineers -Other function as directed by the leader Show less - Práce v projektovém týmu, spolupráce na vývoji nových produktů a jejich zavedení do sériové produkce.
