      As "Head of Support and Customer Relations" I manage the software support team of analysts, providing solutions for software issues and answering queries/training clients in the use of the Sharp-ax ERP software while maintaining and building strong working relationships with our clients to ensure the best service and help the software grow with their needs.As "Hardware Manager" I manage the IT/hardware technicians, providing support for internal systems and customer IT needs - managing hardware contracts and organising/supervising site surveys, call outs and new builds/systems and networks, providing security solutions and maintenance. As well as this, the hardware team are responsible for managing new clients through the process of adopting the Sharp-ax ERP software.Sharp-ax is a computer systems and business development company with a direct focus on ERP software development and B2B SME support for the wholesale and distribution industries, providing in-house development of their own "Sharp-ax" ERP software as well as general IT services and support.
