      As part of the Dalhousie University C.O.R.E.S. labs, the zebrafish lab provides researchers both locally and internationally with access to many different lines/strains of zebrafish that are used in various research experiements. Researchers have the option to purchase fish as needed or may rent tank space in our state-of-the-art facility where trained technicians feed, breed and manage their fish populations. The zebrafish lab currently houses more than one-hundred genetic lines largely split between the Casper and AB background strains. Show less
