      - Responsible for the monthly payroll, maintains payroll information as required .- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.- Responsible for gathering payroll data through following-up on Managers and Supervisors to send the monthly or quarterly variables, deductions, or bonuses by the 20th of every month.- Calculations of the annual increase and make the annual increase sheets.- Prepares and maintains related payroll records including taxes and reports on a monthly basis.- Follow up the medical insurance deductions and deal with all benefits of the employees.- Responsible for finalizing the payroll procedures and salaries in the due time.- Responsible for preparing HR letters or loan request letters for employees.- Prepares monthly payroll reports as requested by Finance and top management.- Performs other related duties.-Counsels employees regarding payroll issues including retirements, taxes, deductions, and vacation/sick time.- Printing Pay slips for all employees individually Indicating income, bonus and deductions.- Calculate overtime for all departments.- Handles the reward & recognition procedures in the organization.- Responsible of opening new bank accounts for all the employees and any related bank issues.- Calculate the employee’s social insurance – the yearly variable wages.
