      I initially worked as the Benefits Coordinator in support of an 800 employee, 440-bed long-term care facility. After approximately 1 year as Benefits Coordinator, transitioned in to the Employment Coordinator position (Recruiter), responsible for allied health recruiting in a position very similar to my position at St. Joseph Medical Center (above).My primary responsibilities as a Benefits Coordinator were:- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and benefit changes.- Coordinate Annual Benefits Fair, input employee's deductions into payroll system, reconcile benefits bills; tracked employee status for insurance purposes, and notified COBRA administrator of employee changes.- Administer the workers' compensation and OSHA injury and illness reporting programs.- Managed FMLA/PLOA entitlements and company's 403(b) and 401(k) retirement plans.
