The IT organization attained and maintained Integrated Capability Maturity Model (iCMM) Level 3 in 2007. • Led the implementation of the Charles River Order Management System (OMS) onto five of Dreyfus’ trading desks to handle pre-and post-trade compliance. • Oversaw $500K of offshore engagements to address management reporting of recent product acquisitions, intermediary client-facing and risk mitigation of Investment Accounting systems. These engagements leveraged mainframe, eCommerce, and analytical skill sets from the offshore vendors. • Directed the Dreyfus Technology Steering Committee (i.e., heads of the Dreyfus business channels) in the appropriate strategic and tactical engagement of IT resources.
