Activities and Societies: Engineering without Boarders South Africa Member of the Engineering Without Boarders UP society, participated in the Liter of Light Project, where ordinary 2L Plastic bottles are up-cycled into lights that fit into the roofs of undeveloped housing, allowing for light to shine through during the day, thus reducing electricity usage of the homes. We are encouraging people to become environment conscious, contributing to a cleaner, greener future.
