      I am leading the Order to Cash, Payment Factory and Master Data teams (in total 7 internal employees & 2 persons from an outsourcing company). I am responsible for the daily operational continuity, internal controls, continuous improvement of the process and onboarding of new scope worldwide. I am in charge of projects that aim to align the Order to Cash, Payment Factory and Master Data processes internationally. I am performing root cause analysis to come up with solutions that will enhance the way of working. Additionally, I am working with internal and external stakeholders to digitalize systems via automation and robotics. I am responsible for the review, improvement and digitalization of processes for both Order to Cash and Payment Factory in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. I am critically analysing data to propose long term solutions and driving projects to streamline systems via automation and robotics.
