      Leading a team of motivated individuals to help improve and the process and function of the backroom of the Walmart Stores. We help to coordinate new technology and hardware launches to simplify the operational processes for the stores and improve customer service. Supporting a team of Field Managers and Directors that work with our field leadership teams to help with implementing the robotics and structure changes for the company. Responsible for building sustainable processes and reporting to help operations support teams with execution. Installation and supervision of Multi Channel businesses in our Retail Stores. Setup the first versions of picking and shipping operations units in a total of 82 locations across the US. Instrumental in leading the current state of the on line business for Walmart today. Worked to identify modular integrity issues via 3rd party audits, built the first version of Instock reporting for Walmart. Worked to identify issues with modulars and category spacing. Helped to build out tools and processes for the store operations group to better plan and assess workload and time to complete merchandising changes. Worked with store operators and West Monroe to develop time standards and processes to estimate workload for modular sets. Responsible for managing the relationships with multiple vendors for service and software used in the stores for Photo Processing. Helped to identify process issues and resolution for maintenance and repair expenses and reducing overall down time for processing equipment in the stores. Promoted from District Manager to Regional in training as a result of exceptional performance in the Toledo market and managing many multiple difficult relationships that had previously been not managed well. Worked with various internally groups to standardize training and operation procedures related to restructuring that was occurring in the store organizations. District Manager in Indiana (Kokomo, Brownsburg) and Toledo, Ohio. Took over 2 very poor performing areas to fix the sales, profitability and hr issues that had been plaguing the areas. Was identified on multiple occasions as top young talent for the organization and was asked on multiple occasions to go consult in other underperforming areas to help with performance issues in other under performing areas.*Supervised up to 28 stores.
