      ● Worked alongside a Lead Technician on multiple T-Mobile cellular sites● Various cabinet configurations (ie. RBS 3106, RBS 6102 Hybrid Cabinet drops) include power upgrades, integrations and LMU (GPS) repositioning into the newly integrated cabinet. Power upgrades included installation of a new power unit and running 10 – 12 AWG copper wiring to the new power unit. ● Create and terminate T1 and LAN Cables within the cabinet. LAN cables were created using the 568B ethernet standard. Crossover cables were rarely if ever used in these types of cabinet configurations where straight through cables were dominant. ● Fiber was run via RF Crew from the Antennae into the cabinet and cable termination within the cabinet was done by a Wavsys technician. Any fiber pertaining to the Antenna that was run into the cabinet was terminated by the RF crew. All other single / multimode fiber cable was run to its respective unit (ie. GSM, LTE)● Instructions provided via T-Mobile and Ericsson were followed to ensure proper installation of all power, data (Fiber), T1 lines, surge protection cabling and other cabling.● Per cabling (T1 and LAN), fiber was run to their respective units within the cabinet to ensure the technologies (ie. GSM and LTE) were up and running. The lead technician would then connect to and configure the cabinet while the helper would create and submit reports promptly and effectively. Show less
