In the end 2015, that category meet 1.0% growth.Other categories that handled by Rizki are Mens and Hair. Both categories classified as supporting category in each category having 13.2% and 57.8% growth. In the end of 2016, all of the categories can maintain growth .Started in 2017, Rizki just pointed to handled a big project to maximize Deodorant and Shampoo format contribution to total sales. The first strategy was reducing price to get maximum volume. By the end of 2017, Deodorant having 80% growth of volume and Shampoo having 100% achievement of volume.Responsible for category performance (pricing, margin management, planogram, brand category development) ; Ordering the product even its core product moreover NPD as a part of innovation ; Create the healthy stock to support the target sales ; Analyze the product growth started from the range, format and by article ; and Propose for some promotion in product related to catch some traffic.
