  Key responsibilities include:— Phase 1 environmental liability assessments for acquisition, divestment and refinancing of real estate acting on behalf of private individuals, property professionals, fund managers and institutional investors. Sites include single retail / industrial units, student accommodation sites, retail parks, caravan parks, multi- unit industrial estates, data centres, logistics warehouses and large city centre commercial sites.— Provision of EHS compliance services via Waterman's online Greenspace platform, including Environmental and Health & Safety auditing and collation of Legal Registers to support Environment (ISO 14001) and Health and Safety (ISO 45001) management systems.— Corporate and infrastructure related due diligence, including assessment of EHS and ESG risks for transactions across a range of sectors both in the UK and Ireland.— Undertaking ESG performance baseline reviews in order to identify both ESG risk and opportunities. Completion of annual summary reporting to review ESG progress throughout the investment lifecycle— Assistance in developing GRESB submissions.
