As an 𝐢𝐎𝐒 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫, I was responsible to develop and maintain the 𝐃𝐈𝐋 𝐊𝐀 𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐓𝐀 iOS app, Pakistan’s first matrimonial platform with over 03 million profiles and verified users.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:• 𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗥𝗲-𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 & 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Developed and executed complete redesign of the app from scratch, significantly improving the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). Collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance key features, such as:- Profile Verification and Social Logins.- Broadcasts and Match Requests.- Marriage Profile Sharing and User Referral Code.- Preference-Based Profiles and User Configurations.- Marriage Bureau User Accounts, Independent User Accounts.- Notifications, Chats, and Verification Payment Plans.• 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Reduced app loading time from over 10 seconds to less than 3 seconds by streamlining network requests during the splash screen and optimizing backend processes. Used analytics and performance monitoring tools like Firebase & Sentry to spot and fix bottlenecks, leading to a smoother user experience and quicker app response times.• 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗕𝘂𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Used Crashlytics tools to monitor and reduce the crash rate, improving stability from 55% to 98.7% crash-free.
