This is currently a new club to the University of Oregon so we are undergoing the process of creating a constitution and a trust fund through the universities ASUO. Our vision is to lead the way for the next generation of metal/jewelry smiths from the University of Oregon.

      I started as a takeaway server transferring from the outback in Vancouver so that I could work while in school at University of Oregon. While there I was promoted to server, I which I was the face of the company. I used up selling to get higher sales totals, and my outgoing personality to create a pleasant experience for each guest. I handled money keeping my own bank, and solved various problems as the raised. I was a team player in making sure the night ran smoothly and efficiently.

I also wrote accurate recaps for each sales person upon their return from vacation, to identify individual store problems, sales opportunities and to provide a smoothe transition.

      I was promotion to Sales Representative in May 2012. Kraft Foods did some restructuring in Oct 2012, and became Mondelez International. I worked hard to master my position as a Sales Representative on several different territories including Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Beaverton, Oregon, and Woodburn, Oregon. I was able to grow all of my territories significantly and meet almost all of my period and quarter numbers.As well as my responsibilities as a Sales Representative, I also took on the role as a Safety Champion on my sales team My job for this role was to develop creative ways to spread the knowledge of safety. I was able to and encourage proper safety behavior of my teammates by creating fun videos and presentations.I was also involved in a program called Women Sales Council, in which sales women from all over the country get together to share ideas, support and collaborate on raising money for charities. KeySmile is a dental membership program dental offices can offer through their practice as a low cost alternative to dental insurance, and KeySmile Credit is highly competitive dental financing option that keeps more money in the provider’s pocket. Majority of what I do for KeySmile is on the credit side processing loans and working as a bridge between the dental practice and the lenders to get loans approved, processed and funded.
