  MANAGING & CONTROLMAINTENANCE FUNCTION:• Preventive maintenance implementation on 04 PET lines, as per annual maintenance plan for smooth production operation in shifts.• Machines breakdown and failures avoidance, search for root causes, and ensure records are kept for prevent repetition, to attain targeted efficiency on each line.• Assign and designate tasks to foremen and maintenance officers to carry-out maintenance work timely.• Formulate maintenance reports, record keeping for reference, and spares consumption check on each production line.• Oversee products change-overs activities as per production plan on each line, and keep under surveillance of blow molds and change parts of the machines.• Annual maintenance budget preparation of each line, while considering the last year spares consumption, and as per findings in preventive or predictive maintenance.• Maintain Re-order Point (ROP) of critical machine spares, and raise purchase request timely in SAP.• Enforce maintenance activities on planned periods based upon OEM recommendations.PRODUCTION FUNCTION:• Production plan execution on each line given by planning department.• Ensure availability of production and packing materials on each line to avoid un-necessary stoppage, for smooth production operation.• Make certain that process parameters are properly set, and bottles production carried out as per desired quality parameters and specifications.• Impart training to operators regarding machine operation, and ensure they carry out cleaning, lubrication and maintenance of machines under their responsibility.• Administer production run at frequent intervals to control wastages in accordance with KPI.• Ensure workers should follow GMP, and SOP’s while carry-out work, to avoid any microbiological hazards.• Develop suggestions for improvement, and establish production facility to produce quality products in compliance with standards FSSC ISO-22000, and Halal PS-3733.
