This role involves preparing lesson plans and learning resources, motivating students new to Art History and marking homework.       A collaboration between Digital and Curatorial, the Fantasy Exhibition project aims to recreate Lucian Freud’s 1987 ‘The Artist’s Eye’ exhibition at the National Gallery through a digital rehang and audio commentary. My role was to gather available documentation on the exhibition, uncover details on the license status of the works included, and compose a script for the lead curator and I to deliver. I contribute to a programme of talks, tours and workshops for schools, families and young people across the public programme at the National Gallery. I supported the delivery of a programme of modern and contemporary exhibitions, events, and artists residencies at the National Gallery. My role included both administration and research. I managed correspondence between artists and curators ahead of the Gallery’s annual Unexpected View event and secured image rights for the recording edit of an artist’s talk. I also compiled biographies of former Artists in Residence for the Gallery’s website.
