  In one year,I had gained experience from1. Quality Up-gradation project in DDU productResult-Portal Claims dropped from 4 nos to 0 after upgradation and Achieved Customer satisfaction.2. Designed & developed a Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Manufacturing Plant at our Lucknow plant. In order to adapt for the BS-VI change and getting close to WABCO's Vision for Greener Transportation, DEF process plant has been established which has become a major Revenue source even during the Sales drop. Also after establishing , the Cycle time per batch has been reduced by 30% improving the monthly capacity by 50%. Successfully conducted ISO 22241 Audit for the clearance for the manufacture of Diesel Exhaust Fluid.3. Worked on advanced Drive-line control products like XY Actuator and gained experience in Upgradation & improving the process controls for giving the highest Quality products. Also learnt various documentation procedures like FMEA, Control plan, Operating Standards etc.. Show less
