The due diligence process consists of property valuation (FHA, Fannie, Freddie, and conventional financing), market and feasibility studies, tax appeal, and condemnation cases for market rate, Section 42 (LIHTC), and Section 8 (HAP) projects pertaining to senior, student, and family housing projects.
