  The role centers around maintaining a professional space for the staff, which includes Trainers as well as Guest Relation Officers. Enabling a much enthusiastic ambience for the students to learn their modules, and monitoring the P&L ratio, and taking necessary actions to bring it into compliance. The biggest challenge that one could face in a role like this is "satisfying all the three entities", and by far I have been successful at it. To ensure that the Trainers and the GROs are putting their 100%, bringing in a systematic approach by installing scheduler systems and preparing a proper job description for every level of employee are the two approaches that I took. Formulating a well-rounded syllabus that includes everything, and a lesson planner that provides idea regarding when to learn what and what to expect out of every session, and finally, what has to be the outcome of the course are what I did for the students. For the management, ensuring that the students get their desired score out of the test and turn prospective for the study abroad sector was the primary goal. Also, making sure that batch is running full swing by taking up B2B marketing, B2C marketing, and social media campaigns is also part of the duty. Show less
