  * Ensure all projects within my responsibility comply with regulatory standards and to the agreed end user requirements. Establish control within an ISO certified quality assurance system.* Develop Project Implementation Plan, Project Schedule, Cost Estimate and other relevant reports and establish a proper management tolls to control schedule, quality and cost for all assigned projects.* Ensure sufficient and suitable resources, materials and equipment are available to complete correctly all project work within approved project budgets.* Initiate relevant contract requests and provide contract strategy, scope and proposal for all assigned projects.* Initiate and develop specific work instructions and inspection and testing schedules and ensures section compliance. Contribute to the office engineering section quality assurance system.* Compile and issue monthly financial and physical reports per project.* Manage the project budget by establishing reasons for deviation and obtain prior approval.* Introduce systems and tools to the complex that will continuously and where possible in a step change, improve the availability of the complex.* Ensure that work is carried out by the project in accordance with complex HSE policy and procedures.
