(Successfully completed project mid-December 2023 with a first-time agent pass rate of 98.4%).• Oversaw company-wide initiative to regionalize and globalize 4250+ internal job aids and training documents to integrate and incorporate Medicaid, Medicare, and marketplace insurance documents to 12 different regions and all 50 states. Met with state contract-holders to ensure compliance.
