From the construction phase to the management of the facility during handovers, I am accountable for the smooth transition that entails Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Training and Knowledge Transfer, Warranty Information, Preventive Maintenance, Building Systems and Controls, Service Contracts, and Records Management. I take into consideration the final state of the structure or changes made during construction to better plan for ongoing maintenance needs, which includes architectural, structural, MEP and other relevant components. I curate maintenance manuals of the structure’s automation systems and its recommended maintenance schedules. I establish preventive maintenance plans to for the structure to maintain its durability and sustainability.
