      Facilities maintenance work with a bias on boiler / burners.I have many varied skills including electrical and mechanical work. Much of the work was spent at leisure centre and care homes.Once Reliance was taken over by Norlands I moved on. I found that I was not doing enough Boiler work.

However with new contracts and connections developing all the time it has opened other avenues that the company have tried to get into.       My Position as the Operations Manager covers the care and maintenace of the heating plant and the District heating Systems on the site. The work of putting together the asset database and PPM schedlues is one of my tasks. I will be coordinating with the project teams and the builders to assist the building of the energy centres and the district heating system.
