I assessed cases of girls who were academically brilliant but didn't have the finances to pursue higher education and recommended financial support, monitored disbursement of funds and also followed up on beneficiaries' education and academic progress. I was also in charge of Girl Clubs and trained young girls to become future leaders and advocates in their communities.I represented my organisation at high profile conferences and workshops and granted interview to the media after events which were always captured on national television and newspapers. I was involved in Research on various topical issues such as traditional practices that impeded on female education and achievements and gave presentations at conferences and workshops as required. I was in charge of examination centers, managing the whole process which included prevention of exams questions from leaking, supervising invigilators and security personnel, ensured wages were prepared, paid on time and all financial documents returned to the head office at the end of the process, examination scripts dispatched to the head office for marking, etc. I also worked as Secretary to the Examination Fraud Investigation Committee and investigated examination malpractices as well as deciding the appropriate sanctions for culprits.
