      Helped simplify the ‘5 year Capital Forecasting Plan’ for the Retail Personal Book, the new process is now more efficient, user-friendly and has reduced the possibility of manual error. Produced step-by-step procedure guide to aid future colleagues completing the Forecast. Completed the Annual Mortgage Emergence Period Review - the Emergence Period is an essential component required to calculate yearly Mortgage Provisions. Closed a 'Risk Mitigation Programme' raised by Internal Audit by completing this Review and received high praise from Ulster Bank Head of Provisions and Loss Forecasting.Contributed to various projects with tight timescales, validating the accuracy of transaction data across multiple Mortgage Systems, enabling Senior Management to forecast provisions with increased confidence.Developed a thorough understanding of Default Customers, Forbearance Treatments and Capital/Provision Categories across Retail Portfolios.
