  Currently managing all Autocare facilities across 50 sites within the UAE which involves responsibility and management of over 500 staff. Autocare Facilities include carwash (manual/automatic) and the Lube Express service. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all Autocare Services, upholding best practices and delivering optimal performance with facilities management at the forefront. To deliver sales and profit in line with Emarat targets for Autocare Services. Show less Senior Facilities Maintenance Engineer responsible for all civil and MEP maintenance works for 150 sites across the UAE Emarat portfolio. Working with our in-house maintenance team and third-party contractors to deliver all maintenance requirements. Plan and manage all maintenance activities related to civil work, cladding, signage, lighting systems and mechanical work. All conducted with safety, cost and quality at the forefront of each project and contract. Ensuring work is completed within agreed timeframes. Use facilities management technology to track, report and ensure operational efficiency. Always follow and conform to HSE policies and standards.  Manage planned and unplanned maintenance activities to provide safe and effective operational environments required for the Operating units. Leading and managing the tendering and contracting process of service providers including preparation of technical tender documents, evaluation of bids both technically and commercially and final recommendations for selection. Ensure all related activities are in conformance with the set KPIs, HSE & Quality Policies of Emarat. Manage the in-house maintenance team (20 craftsmen).  Evaluate contractor’s work and certify contractor’s invoices for payment. Communicate and coordinate with the other departments in Emarat, all third-party contractors, suppliers, and relevant Government departments.  Provide annual maintenance budget estimates for the assets in the assigned areas. Analyse cash flow, cost controls and expenses within own Section towards optimum utilization of company’s resources. Participate in annual budget reviews and setting.  Plan and forecast various maintenance capital projects and major modification/refurbishment jobs for longevity of equipment.
