The appointment is also responsible for the administrative welfare of the Technicians under its responsibility. Officer Commanding No.2 Flight is the Commander of the men women and resources of the helicopter fleet based at the JDF Air Wing OC Sp Flt has the responsibility and command of the men and women of the supporting elements of the JDF Air Wing.
