  During this job I visited Telenet dealers, pretending to be a customer. The purpose was to see if the stores recommended Telenet or one of it's competitors. If they recommended Telenet, I had to check if the information they gave was correct and up to date with the current offers and promotions.One of the goals was also to test the general service that was offered (friendly towards customers or not etc...).Detailed reports of these visits were delivered to Telenet.

Show less Execution of penetration testing:These tests have the goal to test the security of the targeted customerenvironment. The tests that I execute are generally referred to as “ethicalhacking”. This means I perform all tests a malicious hacker would.After each test I write a findings report, containing all discovered vulnerabilities,that is provided to the customer. The report contains a detailed description ofeach vulnerability, the threat level of the vulnerability and recommendations onhow the security issues can be fixed.Security consultancy:During these projects I provide advice to clients on how their security can beimproved or fixed. Most of these projects consist of regular scheduled workshopsor customer visits.
