      I helped to ensure that the technical operations of the competition in both the Olympic and Paralympic Taekwondo evens ran smoothly.I performed the following tasks:- Entering computer data, ie. changing the scores on request of a penalty etc.;- Controlling the screens visible to the spectators, ensuring the right information was shown at the correct time. ie. On request of a video reply, presentation of referees, medal ceremonies, etc.- Distributing, collecting and checking the various technological devices;- Ensuring that timing and scoring equipment was working properly. I competed in the regional final held in Belfast and won first prize for that year, and was delighted to win £3,000 for my chosen charity.
