      I worked in a multi-faceted role, providing administrative assistance to upper administration, acted as liaison to the board of trustees , coordinated special projects, and was responsible for systemic analysis of data to support decision-making and preparation of standard reports. In the role of Assistant Director of IER I was able to assist campus leadership in the formulation of a strategic plan, assessment plan, and development of institutional policy. In addition, I worked with faculty and staff to link planning, budgeting, and assessment institutionally. I worked with regional and professional accrediting agencies by providing program reviews, learning outcomes assessments, and both qualitative and quantitative data to allow the college to remain in good standing with the Department of Education and accreditors.
