I have also managed the McDonald’s contracts. The project business case detailed one in six adults do not have the literacy skills expected of an 11-year-old and half do not have these levels of functional numeracy. A solution was needed that would enable the company to effectively and efficiently manage the training and assessment of large volumes of crew members across the UK, but with minimal impact on the day to day business.
