  6AM provide production and sound engineering services to the performing arts; including live event production, studio engineering, TV audio mixing and tour management. • Built the company from scratch and invested in assets. Managed finances, network and development of the business. • Provided stage management and production manpower to Detonate Festival (‘14/’15), Splendour Festival ’14, Indie Fashion Week ’15, and Cambridge Big Weekend ’15. • As a tour manager, developed a live event system for professional bands in their early stages, greatly improving their set up times, production quality and ability to perform regularly and consistently. • Provided technical support to corporate events for Confetti Media Group, working with in house technicians to improve delivery and integration with visiting businesses. Assisted in the logistical and technical planning of Confetti Industry Week (100+ acts/presentations with a variety of technical requirements) • Mixed audio content for Notts TV television programmes.
