      As a MOps practitioner, I support the efforts of the marketing organization through managing campaign enablement, data, integrations, documentation, and process development for the marketing team. In 2023, I reconfigured our HubSpot instance and Salesforce sync. Due to many migrations between systems, the merging of CRM data after an acquisition, outdated integrations, and inheriting an incomplete MAP implementation, the team's data was essentially unusable. Marketing, SDR, Sales, and leadership teams could not trust our data or even know which properties to use in lists or reports. After months of collaboration with the RevOps team, I remapped the integration, developed automations to reformat data, and implemented a new list import process and template which prevents errors and ensures proper attribution. I then built reports for the Partner, Product and Customer teams to communicate with the correct recipients.
