  1. Maintaining, updating and supporting the firm’s Financial Applications, including any modifications, customizations and integrations2. Development, implementation and maintenance of reporting infrastructure to meet the Firm's financial and non-financial reporting requirements3. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the firm’s Practice Management Software, Aderant Expert, and related financial applications and integrations4. Assist Finance with month-end financial reporting and balancing5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s business processes and procedures, specifically as it relates to the finance department6. Troubleshoot advanced end-user and system level issues while providing exceptional client service and support7. Perform month-end and year-end close procedures8. Assist with ad-hoc financial and non-financial analytics as required by management9. Daily inspection of Financial Application infrastructure to ensure good working order, including some system administration10. Assist with end-user training for Financial Applications11. Support Financial Applications upgrade and implementation projects12. Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve Financial Applications infrastructure issues13. Support process improvement initiatives and assist with identifying opportunities for improved efficiencies14. Serve as backup for Financial Applications Coordinator15.
