  Responsibilities: • Design, manage and supervise technical, legal, and financial aspects of education projects in vulnerable communities with a differential approach. • Evaluate needs and opportunities in rural contexts and develop projects to close educational gaps • Supervise technical, legal, and financial aspects to determine the viability of complementary education projects. Achievements: • Developed the relationship between public schools and Municipal Education Departments of 6 municipalities and Colsubsidio. • The projects at my expense generated coverage for 8,000 public basic and secondary education students in municipalities in rural areas. • I implemented the quality evaluation of educational projects under the ISO 9001 technical standard. Show less Responsibilities: • Design, analyze, and manage the technical and financial performance of programs to close gaps in access to information, and improve empowerment processes, continuous education, and participatory design methodologies. • Develop the educational and cultural portfolio to cover the specific needs of vulnerable communities in Bogotá and 20 municipalities of Cundinamarca. Achievements: • Developed a new portfolio of information and empowerment services. • I managed to generate coverage for 600,000 people who had access to the new Colsubsidio programs in vulnerable communities. • I coordinated the FilBo Colsubsidio Youth Pavilion event for 4 years at the Bogotá International Book Fair, generating up to 150,000 people coverage during the duration of the event. Show less Led teams to communicate, implement and assess the cultural and social services portfolio in 15 social facilities which included 13 libraries, 1 theater, and 1 museum.- Created a centralized communication channel between the cultural services,the institutional partnerships of the Library network, and social facilities of Colsubsidio.- Coordinate a common cultural agenda between the institutional partnership between the Department of Culture of Colsubsidio and the Department for Minorities of the Ministry of Colombian Culture.- Executed the annual “Youth Exhibition Pavilion: International Book Fair in Bogota” generating over 300,000 attendees over the span of the two-week event.- Strengthened the alliance among vendors to ensure access to the pavilion location was sponsored and at no cost each year.
