  Designed the shifting mechanism that switches the drive line from 4WD to 2WD and backwards with a simple mechanical lever.Designed and Manufactured the propeller shafts for the 4WD mechanism and the Half Shafts for the power transmission from the gear box to the rear wheels.Performed the CFD Analysis the Gearbox to optimize the amount of lubricant to be added and the CVT Casing to optimize the air flow and to reduce the mass of the casing.Optimized the CVT by mathematically deriving the optimum slope conditions using MATLAB Simulink and MSC Adams software.
