I arranged for and supervised upgrades at 24 service stations so that the garage bays could be leased out, thus increasing rental income by 25% in approximately nine months.Took Start-up Company with two units grossing $350,000/month to seven units with over 40 employees grossing over $2,000,000/month in less than seven years. Researched and discovered an error made by the San Luis Obispo property tax assessor's office.

Found out exactly what owner's wanted & went to work drafting leases for existing tenants Vacancy occurred & I advertised & filled it very quickly. One brother has been out of the country for several months, but they are relieved to have a dependable, responsible & honest property manager taking care of their building. Lesson learned: in business, especially real estate Integrity is paramount !
