Responsibilities for booking of guest house for client and coordination with guest and clients for meeting and arrangements as per scheduled meeting. Reservation of cafeteria and Training room, Meeting room for event and town hall and make arrangements as per requirements. Responsibilities of printing of certificates and printing of T-shift and framing of certificates, lamination of certificates and coordination with vendors. Responsibilities to track the record of food and beverages consumption on daily basis and log complaint to vendors if any related to the food & beverages services. Responsibilities to tracking of cleaning and AC services on the floor, resolve the issue if any. Coordination with vendor Printing of T-shirt, Cup, Mug and spiral binding and other requirement as per client’s demand. Taking care of vendor attendance and share their attendance with their company Taking care of courier service and consignment request and Assets movement i.e Laptop, Earphone, I-Phone . Maintaining the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Dashboards of the day to day activities on the performance tracker of the team, Client required reports etc. to ensure Cost Effective services. Responsible for handling queries of employees regarding facilities and services. Maintain the tracker with the online entries of Access card reconciliation, Access Card Activation & De- Activation. Issue of New Access Card/ Pocket ID Card / Display Cards as per employee’s request. Conference Room/IES Cabin/Video Conferencing booking through Mumbai Team for clients Manage Stationary with Reconciliation on daily basis & Issue of Business Cards. Handing the Key Management with tracking as well as online entries. Update the all Notice Boards & Handling Cafeteria reports, menu (Display of Weekly Menu on Facilities Notice Board) Responsible of smooth running of cafeteria, which includes conducting monthly Food testing, kitchen audits, food festivals in the facility.
