  Engineering, Project Management, Contract Management:- Liaised with relevant officials from relevant county offices as required when doing agricultural access roads investigations to ensure correct locations of access roads to be upgraded / constructed.- Visited agricultural access roads and, for each road, reported the road condition with pictures, produced detailed road drawing with existing & required infrastructure, AutoCAD location drawing, Bill of Quantities (to upgrade / construct road), designs, specifications and other necessities for the procurement documents (i.e. bid documents), e.g. RFP (request for proposal) documents or invitation to tender documents.- Conducted site visits with contractors interested in submitting proposals / tenders for projects (contracts) to upgrade / construct agricultural access roads, explained the work requirements on site and answered any questions they had so that they could submit informed proposals / tenders.- Performed evaluation of the proposals for work / tenders submitted by contractors and helped select winning proposal / tender.- Managed multiple projects simultaneously for the upgrading / construction of agricultural access roads.- Ensured that, for each project, scope, time, cost, and quality requirements were met safely while managing risk, communicating effectively, engaging all relevant stakeholders, resolving conflict and motivating the project team to perform.- Completed weekly project progress reports for each project, giving details of the percentage completion of each activity with pictures & explanations where necessary.- Attended & participated in regional corporation meetings on behalf of the Engineering Division.- Participated in the preparation of a Note for Cabinet for government funding for the upgrading / construction of agricultural access roads over fiscal years 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and 2016-2017.   - Supervision of projects & maintenance works, ensuring that work permits are used and registered, and ensuring that proper isolations are made (where applicable) and that work is of high quality and done safely, in accordance with Safe Systems of Work and Standard Operating Procedures. - Monitoring of all running and standby equipment on the platforms to ensure efficient, optimized operation.- Interfacing with Wonderware HMI to monitor and control operations.- Monitoring of wells, and the process; and adjusting the process when necessary to ensure production optimization (e.g. adjustment of choke sizes on wells, and separator level controller adjustments). - Worked on Poui Bravo offshore platform that used automated Control Valves to control the flow rate of high-pressure gas being injected into each oil well (for production enhancement via gas lift).- Performed troubleshooting of problems related to said Control Valves.- Also familiar with pneumatic Control Valves in TSP.- Performing process fluids sampling and testing (e.g. API testing of oil downstream of production separators, well testing, and well sampling to determine the percentage water cut and if present, the percentage of paraffin wax, scale, or sand or other sediments). - Monitoring and ensuring that process fluids being discharged to the environment are HSE compliant in order to avoid negative environmental impact, for example, by performing Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH) and Total Oil & Grease (TOG) analyses of process water being discharged to the environment to ensure HSE compliance. - Performing data reporting, completing daily reports and conducting safety checks. - Worked in numerous process plant shutdowns and process plant start-ups requiring effective communication and teamwork.
