      Engineering, Project Management, Contract Management:- Liaised with relevant officials from relevant county offices as required when doing agricultural access roads investigations to ensure correct locations of access roads to be upgraded / constructed.- Visited agricultural access roads and, for each road, reported the road condition with pictures, produced detailed road drawing with existing & required infrastructure, AutoCAD location drawing, Bill of Quantities (to upgrade / construct road), designs, specifications and other necessities for the procurement documents (i.e. bid documents), e.g. RFP (request for proposal) documents or invitation to tender documents.- Conducted site visits with contractors interested in submitting proposals / tenders for projects (contracts) to upgrade / construct agricultural access roads, explained the work requirements on site and answered any questions they had so that they could submit informed proposals / tenders.- Performed evaluation of the proposals for work / tenders submitted by contractors and helped select winning proposal / tender.- Managed multiple projects simultaneously for the upgrading / construction of agricultural access roads.- Ensured that, for each project, scope, time, cost, and quality requirements were met safely while managing risk, communicating effectively, engaging all relevant stakeholders, resolving conflict and motivating the project team to perform.- Completed weekly project progress reports for each project, giving details of the percentage completion of each activity with pictures & explanations where necessary.- Attended & participated in regional corporation meetings on behalf of the Engineering Division.- Participated in the preparation of a Note for Cabinet for government funding for the upgrading / construction of agricultural access roads over fiscal years 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and 2016-2017.
