Responsible for scheduling t-times, checking clients in, receiving merchandise payments, and maintaining equipment. This position focused on customer service within the Pro-Shop in remedying any situation to promote client happiness. In closing activities, handled cash drawer maintenance in totaling daily earnings, and then deposited into the safe to keep an accurate ledger balance.
