  In my time in this position, my main responsibility was the oversight of administration and communications for Allstate's Summer of Service volunteer initiative. On a daily basis, I authored and edited public-facing news content promoting Allstate relationships with nonprofit partners. I developed communications calendars for Allstate’s Summer of Service initiative, as well as their Helping Hands Grant Program, and collaborated with internal partners to ensure their smooth progression. I also worked with company non-profit partners to advertise virtual volunteer events to boost the company brand image and drive engagement despite the pandemic. Throughout this engagement, I formed, maintained and utilized relationships with editorial contacts to accomplish content goals with little supervision.   In my role at Apple, my main objective was to drive sales of Apple’s products and services while meeting the technological needs of clients and customers alike. Every day I thought quickly on my feet to remain composed in the face of ambiguity. In my time at Apple, I was responsible for over $500k in sales, including the securing of a $10,000 client account for our business team. Within the first 3 months of my role, I achieved a TMS rating (a measure of the experience that my clients receive in working with me) of 92/100, which is 12% higher than the target TMS rating of 80/100.
