  Manage, coordinates, and supports mobile service units, mobile service trucks, and go teams for the Orlando Citation Service Center. My team and I support all AOG (aircraft on ground) Citations in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, the Caribbean, and South America. Responsible for day to day operation of the Orlando Citation Service Center, to include staffing, equipment/tooling, training, coordinating manpower requirements, and financial responsibility. Managed the shop floor consisting of over 150 aviation maintenance technicians, and 16 supervisors. Managed work scope of up to 14 large cabin Citation aircraft, with a team of 10 avaition maintenance technicians. Provided constant communication with the owners and operators, by giving them updates, recommendations, approval of discrepancies, and financial status of the work scope. Maintained a survey rate of 98% customer approval.
