      Completed a month-long internship in the Human Resources Department at ITC - Paperboards & Specialty Papers Division at their divisional headquarters in Secunderabad. The project I dealt with was about analyzing the training feedback forms. Presently the training feedback is taken manually from every manager who attends any training program in the form of a hardcopy questionnaire which they are supposed to complete and submit towards the end of the training program. As this is an age-old approach and has many limitations in terms of collection of the training feedback forms, entering the same into the system which may be prone to errors due to illegible handwriting, manhours getting wasted because of manual entering of data. As this process was cumbersome, the organization came up with an idea to implement an online feedback tool that will ease the transition from current manual feedback collation to system-oriented feedback collation and eliminate manual effort put into keying in feedback data. This will also ensure data integrity and help for easy analysis of the participant feedback on the training they have attended. After the analysis part is done, this will also help the HR manager in providing improved training as per the manager's requirement and help in scheduling of the training calendar appropriately.
