  Program Director, leading Cal's strategic program aimed to replace all of Cal’s core systems with Oracle's financial services platform.  I joint Cal on Feb 2007 to lead the strategic program. The program was a mixed of business process engineering and technology adoption. Starting with the vision at hand, I lead the program while working with our management team, Oracle financial development team (in India) and my core business technology core team (BT). During this program I used my conviction skills to drive the CEO and other VPs to engage in this process and convinced our BOD to approve the process, used my Microsoft background to push Oracle in the right direction up to the point that they were willing to develop a new product for us as part of this program with a massive investment on their behalf, and last but not least, used my management experience to build a strong implementation team. Key successes at Cal: • Driving the strategic program in the organization while working with our CxO team • Building an implementation team from the organization and Oracle. • Defining the long term vision of our IT\BT systems • Defining processes for Technology platform adoption, System testing and Data Migration • Managing 4 product managers which lead Authorization, Fraud & ERP system implementation Projects.
