  1- Supervision on erection and commissioning works of a big and complex bulk solid handling terminal that my responsibility was including 15 km belt conveyors, 2xStackers, 2xBucket Wheel Reclaimers, 2xShip unloaders, 1xTrain loading station, 2xRotary wagon dumpers, Transferring towers structures, Auxiliary pump stations for water spry and fire fighting, De-dusting systems and Vibrating feeders.2- Preparing and controlling all of QC documents (protocols) for above mentioned activities as well as planning, estimating and contractual matters of the sub-contractors company.3- Site manager of Hormozgan Steel Making Plant (SMP) as EPC project with 1.5 million t/a steel slab production capacity and USD 500,000,000 budget and managing a team around 2000 persons and including several plant units such as casting and melting, oxygen, lime, water treatment and material handling systems.4- Managing and monitoring the quality control department to ensure for quality control status for all detailed activities and preparation of all related documents, so one part of the closing phase of the project were in progress during the whole life of project.
